Apply now!Responsibilities and QualificationsThe primary role of the Business Development Manager is to operationally manage and drive the traffic of the dealership through internet leads, sales calls, emails, marketing campaigns while achieving monthly sales quotas. This is a performance-based position with a very competitive income!* Follow up on all Internet leads daily* Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network* Willing to make 100-150 phone calls and emails to customers daily* Provide training and support to 4 direct report employees.* Must have exceptional coaching skills* Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)* Work closely with sales team, business managers, and other sales managers.* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Demonstrated record of success as internet sales manager* Ability to set a minimum amount of appointments daily.* Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships* Ability to handle a high volume of business with professionalism* Experience and ability to handle conflict resolution* Explain, implement, and enforce dealership policies, emphasizing customer satisfaction and positive dealership image.* Ensure proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system* Forecast annual and monthly goals and objectives for the Internet department* Proficient in VInSolutions, preferred, but not required.* Reports directly to the GSM and GM* Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug screen)Total RewardsIn order for you to be your best for our customers, you have to be healthy, financially-secure and continue to develop your skills and expand your knowledge.
