Network Engineer/Cisco

Network Engineer vacancy requiring profound Cisco knowledge for our Bern based client in the telecommunication sector.

Your tasks:

• Being responsible for automations using JavaScript and NetSense
• Working on Schedule Change Maintenance Windows
• Implementing firmware upgrades on Cisco Routers as part of the CMW's
• Troubleshooting on Cisco Routers in case of failed upgrades

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of Cisco networking systems experience combined with CCNP certification
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Expertise with Networking, Routing and Switching technologies
• Hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance and expansion of IT infrastructures and networks
• Higher degree in computer science, networking administration, IT or a similar field
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational
