Strategic Manager

An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established Housing organisation based in Central London. The Corporate Strategy function is now looking for a Strategy manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You will be working to deliver the company's key programme of work including the operational plan to implement the corporate strategy across the wider business.

Description

• Identifying strategic challenges, collaborating with colleagues to develop responses and key actions.
• Recommend and review a suite of Strategic objective key performance indicators and targets.
• Support the delivery of a operating plan to deliver key Strategic initiatives.
• Plan and track performance against the Operating Plan.
• Provide a research and report-writing capacity to support teams' strategy development.
• Facilitate cross-team collaborations in support of strategic objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc research & analysis to support key strategic decisions.
• Track cross-functional initiatives, how they interrelate, and assess their strategic value.

Profile

• Practical experience of development and implementation of corporate strategy.
• Good communication skills with a range of techniques and tools to convey messages.
• Ability to distil large amounts of information into logical & succinct recommendations.
• A capable listener, with appetite to meet colleagues and hear their perspectives.
• Committed to customer service across the board.
