I'm currently working with an exciting scale up that specialise in pricing, specifically around price optimisation for the hospitality sector. They harnesses the power of Machine Learning to automate the commercial decision-making process for pricing hotels around the world to enable them to keep up with the ever changing business environment.
They have just been acquired and have had a huge injection of capital to help them expand their impact/product offering.
This role as really exciting as you will be part of a growing design function and help by not only owning a dedicated area of the product with your team but also shape design as a whole. They're currently setting up design systems, process between engineering and design, aligning brand and product. Which means there are lots of opportunities to take ownership and help define how design will look .
What they're looking for
- You are confident driving the design life cycle from research to reporting, producing high-quality UX design solutions, and designing UI elements.
- You have experience in design with B2B SaaS platform products in a high growth scale-up.
- Experience working in the Hospitality tech space is also desirable!
- You will own the full design cycle from UX research to visual design.
