Role Objectives

Contribute to the improvement of the quality of Programme delivery.
Provide independent assurance of the quality of Programme delivery.
Give timely and accurate information about relevant risks and issues to the Programme delivery.
Improve their colleagues' level of knowledge and understanding of the policies, standards, processes, and quality-related matters related to the Programme.

Role Tasks

The Quality Manager will undertake the following activities:

Drive quality, process development and improvement initiatives across the Programme
Create materials that enable compliance checking and management auditing.
Ensure the creation of compliant quality plans, improvement plans and improvement actions.
Ensure that controls are built into processes and that they are structured to enable compliance checking.
Ensure reliable reporting of quality matters.
Ensure that data that is captured for quality purposes is practically used and that the outcome of that use is communicated to its providers.
Build analytic models for specific problems.
Obtain and provide process improvement suggestions.
Ensure that the Programme has the advice and training that it needs to ensure the highest quality of compliance and performance.
Work as a solo auditor.
Ensure adequate audit coverage and that a corrective action/preventive action process is applied. Act as an escalation point for unresolved non-conformances.
Lead management audits and participate in senior management audits.
Conduct contract compliance assessments.
