An experienced Labour Modelling Manager/Workforce Planning Consultant is required to join a leading provider of holiday camps on an initial 6 month contract.

My client operates multiple holiday camps for children, across the UK.

Working across the business and liaising with key stakeholders, the Labour Modelling Manager/Workforce Planning Consultant will be responsible for three key deliverables:

• Developing and embedding a new end-to end-process to facilitate the optimised deployment of labour across all holiday centres in order to deliver sales and customer service targets.
• Reviewing existing reporting, and identifying opportunities through gap analysis, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and embed a set of integrated reports that will support decision making within the new process.
• Create a labour model that is based on a set of agreed logic, ratios and standards which enables a centre-specific approach to be taken based on clearly defined variables such as customer type, trading windows and size.

A limited amount of travel to regional offices and holiday centres may be required, and successful candidates for the Labour Modelling Manager/Workforce Planning Consultant position should be able to demonstrate that they have:

• Undertaken process mapping and roles & responsibilities development
• Defined reporting requirements to support the implementation of a new process
• Have developed a labour mode from scratch
• Have created documentation to support embedding new processes and ways of working
• Experience with Project Management methodologies (eg Lean 6 Sigma, Agile, Prince 2) would be preferred
