Workday HCM-Prism

Workday HCM vacancy requiring profound Workday HCM-Prism knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Being responsible for the end-to-end reporting, analytics and insight related to data from Workday HCM
• Building dashboards for operational reporting in Workday, sourcing other data into Workday with Prism
• Using people data to support fulfilment of people data related processes and projects
• Applying other Business Intelligence tools to provide insight on a broad range of people related topics
• Creating reports, dashboards and statistical models to support organisation with getting insight into people and business topics
• Helping the organisation to improve decision-making processes and employee experience

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of work experience in Workday HCM Reporting, Analytics and Workday Prism
• Familiarity with Workday security concepts, also high-level Excel skills
• Excellent knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools, preferably Tableau, Tableau Prep and Dataiku
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, BA, Economics or Psychology along with a Workday Pro Certificate in either Reporting or Prism
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageous
