A Powerhouse within the Wealth Management and Professional Services industry is looking for a Senior C# ASP.NET Developer to join their team in Bracknell on a permanent basis, with the option to work remotely twice each week.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team of Engineers in delivering innovative, reliable and robust software solutions for both client-facing and internally used applications. As a Senior Engineer, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring good code design, quality, reliability and resiliency
• Good communication skills
• Have a drive for self-improvement and learning new technologies
• Approach solving problems pragmatically
• Mentor/coach developers in best practices
• Willing to work collaboratively as well as independently
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Write unit and automation tests using testing toolsets and frameworks

Skills/Experience Required:

• Significant proven experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience in C#, Asp.NET .NET Core
• Strong experience in React & ES6
• Strong experience with GIT
• Strong experience with API development
• Good understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a willingness to practice TDD
• Strong Experience working with the cloud eg Azure
• Experience working within an agile, iterative engineering environment

Nice to have skills

• Typescript
• Azure
• Relevant certifications
