I am now recruiting for a Fantastic client of mine who are hiring a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team based in Bristol. My Client are an independent digital and design agency with clients from prestigious national institutions to innovative online start-ups. The right candidate will work alongside their Senior Project Manager to create and service the complex websites built for their clients. Additionally the role will involve managing the delivery of multiple websites as well as providing support for existing clients live websites, scheduling projects and more. After a period of orientation and training, managing enhancements, troubleshooting Legacy websites as well as using their in house CRM there will be progression to become a Full Project Manager taking over full clients and projects.

Essential Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, on the phone and through email.
• A hands-on approach to problem solving, understanding and identifying issues and using your initiative to take the appropriate next steps.
• Literate and articulate with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Respect for company and client confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritise/re-prioritise 'on the go' and manage client expectations as a result of any changes.
• Task-focused with a strong drive to deliver projects to a high standard and provide our clients with excellent customer service.
• A good working knowledge of technology, and a creative awareness of web design/development.
• An understanding of business practice, and a commercial awareness of time/budget

Desirable skills and experience

• A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress (on a user level, not a technical level).
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience using Kanban workflows.
