Akkodis are currently working in partnership with a well-respected financial services client to recruit a Credit Decisions Systems Specialist to deliver changes to state-of-the-art decision systems which play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As a Credit Systems Specialist you will deliver changes to credit decision systems, which will involve the development of strategies, testing, documentation and monitoring from both a project and BAU perspective.

The Responsibilities

• Analysing business requirements to assess the impact on systems infrastructure and customer journeys
• Supporting the management and planning of deliveries, including deputising for management in various working groups and forums
• Supporting architectural discussions and contributing to large scale product designs
• Building collaborative relationships with your team's partners to ensure accurate and effective execution of business requirements
• Adhering to coding standards when working within the decision system software
• Maintaining release documentation to a high standard, ensuring governance procedures are followed

The Requirements

• Previous Credit Risk or Financial Services experience or an understanding of the retail credit industry and its products
• Knowledge of technical delivery life cycles
• Experience using Credit Risk Decision Systems tools, for example Provenir, PowerCurve/Strategy Design Studio, Strategy Manager, Blaze Advisor or TRIAD
