Dynamics 365 Analyst/Application Support Analyst

Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Working Arrangement: Predominantly home working, need to come into London once a month.

Application Analyst required to join a legal services organisation based in London. The chosen candidate will provide support through a variety of channels and liaise with 3rd party suppliers.

This Application Systems Analyst type role will be roughly split 50/50 between BAU/operational tasks such as the configuration, administration and support of the organisations application environment and then a range of project work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation and work with the most up to date Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Platform (Power Apps, Power BI etc).

Key Skills And Experience

• Experience of working in an analyst or similar role, with significant exposure to application support and management in complex environment
• Advanced analytical and data-centric problem-solving skills
• A significant level of technical proficiency and exposure to cloud-based systems and applications (such as HR, L&D, CRM, Finance, etc. - Dynamics 365 (Power BI/Power Apps) particularly.
• Experience of working within Agile and ITIL methodologies
• Strong experience in transitioning new applications into live support, verifying, and creating relevant documentation, designing and delivering training, and managing user adoption
• Proven experience of acquiring SME level of knowledge and driving continues improvement initiatives
• Ability to identify, understand and effectively communicate change opportunities including impacts and risks
• Customer service experience including ability to manage key internal and external relationships
• Understanding of the project life cycle and continuous improvement techniques with the ability to work in formal governance environments
• Experience working in a Dev/Ops environment with CI/CD
• Advanced written communication and presentation skills
