Multi Skilled Technician - Electrical Bias based in Rugby with travel to different sites in Midlands

Your new role
As a Multi Skilled Technician you'll provide a mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of Electrical, mechanical and general/fabric maintenance and business support tasks

You're duties will also include

• Plumbing repairs and minor installations.
• Electrical Maintenance and Installation works as required.
• Mechanical Maintenance to AHU's & Pumps . Priority First Fix mentality
• Supervision and escorting of specialist contractors
• use of PDA
• Ad hoc porterage duties (Moves & changes, furniture management & moves, etc
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of corporate Building Maintenance and systems within such buildings. Low Temperature/Hot Water (LTHW), C.W, Hot Water Service (H.W.S)
• 18th Edition
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.
• Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management.
• Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
• Must hold a full UK driver's license.
