Data Analytics - Internal Audit

A global accountancy firm is seeking a Data Assurance Manager to deliver data services to internal audit clients.

In this role, you will take ownership of data assurance services to clients in supporting their internal audit functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own data assurance services and deliver these to audit clients.
• Deliver subject matter expertise on client assignments, including: data governance, data strategy, data management, data security and privacy, RPA, master data manager or data warehousing and BI disciplines.
• Execute internal audit engagement and review working papers, while managing and developing staff and technology.
• Manage a portfolio of existing client relationships and simultaneously develop new opportunities.

Minimum criteria:

• Experience applying data governance, strategy or management in an internal audit or risk landscape.
• Qualified experience within assurance, internal audit and risk management activities in data governance, automation or IT audit.
• IT, data or finance related degree (or qualification eg CISA, CISM, ACA, ACCA, CA, CIA).
• Knowledge of data management frameworks (eg EDM Council DCAM, DAMA, DMBOK).
• Experience with data governance eg Collibra, Talend
