Senior ERP Procure to Pay Functional Analyst

Education:
Desirable: IT/ERP related education and certification

Experience:

Required:
At least ten years of professional experience, which includes several or all of the following areas:
Project analysis & specification;
Software development & deployment;
User acceptance testing & facilitation;
Software maintenance;
Documentation; and,
End user training.
At least seven years extensive experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM modules: procure to pay modules, asset management, general accounting and commitment control

Desirable: Experience within an international organization

Skill Set:
Required:
Extensive knowledge working with PeopleSoft FSCM modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable Purchasing, eProcurement Management, Approval Workflow Engine, Commitment Control and their integration with third party systems using web services.
Understanding of UN Travel and Meeting functionality, Supplier management and ability to map them to standard PeopleSoft processes.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Desirable:
Good knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Oracle databases, SQL and Oracle
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Customer service skills an asset.
Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects for different clients.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
