Job Summary:

Achieve Together are looking for Night shift Support Workers

Shift Patterns: 20:00 8:00

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

• Gain an understanding of our organisation s values and to work in accordance
• with the values in everything that you do.
• Experience of working in a support worker role (desirable).
• Experience of working in the Care Sector (desirable).
• Maintain a working knowledge of and comply with Care Quality Commission
• (CQC) / Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) Fundamental standards, organisation
• policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications Required:

• Care Certificate to be completed within first 6-months in post

• Committed to completing face to face and service specific training, as required

• Level 2 in Adult Care or equivalent desirable

• Working within our deaf services, BSL Level 1 qualification - desirable
