Digital Analyst

This is a great role for an enthusiastic Digital Analyst to join a growing Digital Analytics and Insights team with focus on shaping the strategic direction of the new team, embedding industry best practice to enable impactful digital analytics. The framework you deploy will be responsible for analysing how traffic to their website/Apps performs, assessing user behaviour patterns to identify improvement opportunities to inform and enhance our KPI's.

You will own hands on technical delivery of core self-serve digital reporting, interpretation of trends and communication of results and insights.

As a subject matter expert, this role is responsible for the regular and accurate reporting of site activity, engaging with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries, as well as providing actionable insight on customer behaviour.

Key qualities needed:

• Some experience in web/app analytics, preferably with Adobe Analytics.
• Ideally knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau.
• Technical coding skills in any of the following - Python/R/SQL to develop analytical solutions/insights.
• Experience in E-commerce in an Agile environment.
