Industry Placement Year - Recruitment

As a Placement Year Candidate with McGregor Boyall, you will work closely with our experienced recruiters to identify and attract talented individuals for our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the industry, while building your skills in client management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruitment team with sourcing candidates for live vacancies
• Developing candidate pipelines and talent pools
• Creating job advertisements and marketing materials to attract top talent
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability for roles
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate feedback
• Building relationships with clients and candidates to develop a strong understanding of their needs and requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
