Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) UK has the largest Projects & Consulting (P&C) practice in CIS globally - covering all the CIS portfolio. We work on a range of exciting projects for many different clients across all sectors. The roles of the Digital Workplace Enterprise Architect operates within the Edge capability, focusing on consulting, architecting, designing, building, migrating and testing modern workplace services and solutions.

• Drive the architecture efforts in Digital Workplace platforms, bringing the latest in user experience solutions to life through demos, customer Proof-of-Experience and Proof-of-Concept trials.
• Support customers in their transition into a modern workplace, based on our employee experience portfolio, by assisting in, or providing client and account team presentations, demonstration of current and new concepts, value propositions, and plans.
• Assist the Edge Capability Lead, Account Chief Architect and relevant Product Manager in developing High Level Architecture Blueprints that define the target architecture for new services.
• Support the development of technology strategy, roadmaps, and future state architectures for client accounts in conjunction with our Market Units and the client's business requirements.
• Develop positive relationships with the client becoming a trusted advisor
• Handover DWP solutions to service delivery organization.

• Significant experience with digital workplace transformation including modern device management, end user experience, automation and analytics; using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Systrack & Nexthink; intelligent contact center services including virtual interaction, chatbots and ML
• Senior level experience with Microsoft Windows (7, 10 &11), Azure Virtual Desktop, Apple macOS and iOS, Google Android, and Chrome OS, Microsoft Group Policy configurations, OS image provisioning and deployment (AutoPilot, OSD, Task Sequencing)
• Experience leading and implementing Identity Management Services: Microsoft AD, Azure AD, as related to enterprise desktop, applications, mobile and infrastructure services.
• Strong hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and across Office partnership products and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Viva, Teams, Teams Voice, OneDrive for Business, O365 Groups, Yammer, the Power Platform & PowerApps
• Experience in one or more infrastructure domains: Cloud, (Compute (hardware, OS, virtualization), Cloud, Storage, Network, Security, Middleware, End User Computing)
