Buckinghamshire, Marlow - Remote working with office visits when required.

Senior Embedded Software Engineer is required to join our client who are a market leading organisation that design, manufacture, and sell sophisticated electronic equipment to the audio, visual and broadcast industry. The company are based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and can offer remote working with occasional office visits when required for specific work-related tasks. The business is growing which has increased the demands on the development/R&D team therefore have identified a need for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be working on greenfield projects to refresh their main platform with exciting greenfield work as well as an opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies.

The Senior Embedded Software Engineer must have experience working with Real Time software and is likely to have experience in the following areas.

Key Skills

• C/C++
• Embedded Systems
• Linux
• OOD
• Multiprocessor/multithreaded software development
• Experience working with Real Time software.
• Degree in a relevant software discipline.

Desirable/Advantageous Experience

• Experience in Broadcast or video/audio related industry
• Bare Metal (PIC/ARM)
• Any modern web application development experience
