1st Line Support

I am working with a leading organisation that provide technology solutions within insurance, they are currently on the hunt for a driven and ambitious 1st Line Support Analyst. This is a great opportunity for you to further your current skills and continue your IT journey up the career ladder.
Your role will consist of supporting users internally across incidents and requests always ensuring you deliver a high level of customer experience. This will include diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems within agreed SLA's.
Day to day?
- Triage all calls/tickets, log and maintain on the ITSM tool in a timely manner
- Adhere to all service management principles
- Meet deadlines and effectively prioritise workload according to the needs of the customers and SLA's.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills with the ability communicate effectively at all levels
- Committed to professional development
- Committed to working core shifts (8-hours)
Ideal candidate?
- Strong customer service experience in a technical environment
- Knowledge of Windows platform
- An understanding of PC hardware diagnosis, set-up and configuration
- A flexible approach and a willingness to learn
- Full Driving License and access to own transport
