Exciting opportunity to be a part of a leading telecom infrastructure company as Programme lead. This role is to successfully shape, define and drive the execution/performance of the Acquisition, Design & Construction program (ADC). This program is a key initiative to Client working in partnership with Vodafone and a number of key delivery suppliers. This role will also support the achievement of the long-term plan for the business to increase the number of sites and tenancies in Client's portfolio.

To provide inspirational leadership to cross functional spans of influence and delivering excellence throughout all aspects of programme delivery.

Required skills:

• Working within a joint venture or experience of complex/changing shareholder and customer relationships
• Telecomms experience
• Significant experience, operating at senior level in a business of similar complexity and size, managing varied functions, including financial and/or commercial accountability.
• Experience of managing large and complex Programmes in an ambiguous and complex organization and delivery environment
• Understanding of drivers/economics of complex delivery businesses in Telco environment
• Strong Commercial Acumen and stakeholder management at Executive level
• Advanced numeracy and Excel skills
• Ability to work from first principles, cut through complexity to get to the heart of issues. Communicate issues simply and create realistic solutions

Desired:

• Network Telecomms and Property experience in a telecommunications infrastructure environment would be an advantage.
• Delivery of large scale network rollout (Acquisition, Design and Build) programs in a mobile/telco context would also be highly desirable.
• RICS; Project Management Methodology, Prince 2
• Chartered Surveyor or Programme qualification (MRICS or higher)
