One of our clients, one of the world s biggest food companies that focuses on food development and consumer goods, for retailers is looking for a HR Systems Payroll Specialist. You as the HR Systems Payroll Specialist will be the key HRIS point of contact for technical support and the business champion for HR Payroll Systems or BAU stages. The level of the HR Systems Payroll Specialist is flexible, but review, maintenance, systems optimisation, and improvement to HR Payroll Systems anddata reportingis preferred.

Your focus as the HR Systems Payroll Specialist will be to support the HRIS team in maximising HRIS which includes implementation, reviews, maintenance, systems optimisation, end user support, and delivery of accurate data reporting. You as the HR Systems Payroll Specialist will be a key HRIS point of contact for HR Payroll Systems technical support and a business champion for HR Payroll Systems in both in development implementation and BAU stages.

As the HR Systems Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving data replication errors in a controlled and SOX compliant manner. HR Systems Payroll Specialist will manage data reporting, cleansing, manipulation, and issue/risk identification. As the HR Systems Payroll Specialist, you will create and deliver end user documentation with a big focus on user adoption and training.

Requirements:

• Min of 3-4 years of experience as a HR Systems Payroll Specialist working with any Payroll Systems but SAP ECP will be beneficial.
• Working knowledge or experience in the following:

• Maintenance, systems optimisation, and improvement
• User adoption and training.
• Data reporting, management, cleansing, manipulation, risk/issue identification.
• Experience with SOX compliance and auditing requirements of payroll systems
