Oracle Analytics Developer

This an exciting opportunity for you to further your career in commercial analytics, in an environment using multiple tools, to present accurate reports using public health data; on a routine and ad-hoc basis.

This organisation is recognised worldwide and operate not-for-profit. They provide a service that impacts millions, which is supported by a strong tech eco-system, that not many are aware of. This business specifically have grown in headcount substantially in the last 10 years. This business are experiencing a state of BAU, but have further technical projects pipelined, to further evolve their state of the art technical environment.

The Mission
This department are imperative to the function of this business, as the provision of accurate and insightful reporting has been hailed as essential from the board. The demand for data is high and as a result, significant investment has been allocated to grow this team. You will join a team of BI experts who are very tech agnostic in their approach to problem solving. The consistent tool of choice is Oracle Analytics, but some ad-hoc requests do require the use of other tools. Power BI & Tableau are also used, based on the requirements of the business.

The Role
We're looking for a strong BI Developer, to supplement a team of superb developers and analysts. You will have a strong understanding of data structures and a very commercial approach to problem solving. You will be comfortable designing in line with specifications, whilst also using your creative side to enable a more engaging experience. You will be naturally curious and have a relentless drive for excellence.

- Oracle Analytics experience is great, we're really looking for strong BI Developer with confidence to use multiple tools
- A passionate approach to present best in class analytics
- Ability to appraise and interpret highly complex data sets
- Ability to use a variety of tools, from word to bespoke products, to create highly sensitive reports
- A proven communicator, both written and verbally
- Strong SQL skills
