Workday Time Tracking and Absence - POLAND

Workday Time Tracking and Absence SENIOR CONSULTANT required joining an international rollout based in Poland (Remote work allowed).

The ideal candidate has to have a on:

• Workday Time Track and Absence implementation experience
• Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
• Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
