Our Client are seeking a website manager to take over the day-to-day management and further development of their website

General:

Responsible for its day-to-day website management, working alongside the Communications team to ensure design consistency and driving customer experience improvements.

Managing daily content updates, content demand, workflow, prioritisation and delivery.

Using Google Analytics to produce and report website statistics.

Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and website accessibility requirements.

Troubleshooting and timely resolution of issues.

Experience required:

An experienced website specialist who is comfortable hitting the ground running and working independently.

Experience working with stakeholders and managing agencies;

Basic use of native HTML;

Practical experience of WordPress CMS;

Dashboard integration;

Search engine optimisation (SEO);

Google Search Console;

User interface (UI) research;

User experience (UX) best practice;

Interpretation and reporting of website analytics.
