Leading company based near Chippenham requires a Technical Support Specialist to work supporting remote users. The ideal candidate will be a capable technical Support Engineer with good communication and analytical skills and initiative, who can work with users having technical or operational issues

Duties:

• Problem solve
• Stay current with latest technologies
• Able to contribute to technical and process improvements
• Have good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with different types and levels of colleague across the organisation

Good all round IT and software skills

Ideal background:

• Be technically qualified BTEC or HND or higher in IT or engineering
• Minimum 2 years' professional work experience
• Live within commuting distance of Chippenham, Wiltshire
