Windows Onsite Engineer

Windows onsite Engineer - £130 - £140 per day - Heathrow - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35

My client a global organisation requires a Windows onsite Engineer to install, change and repair IT infrastructure.

You will have good hands-on technical knowledge of standard (Windows) operating systems (image, applications & client data). Working technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers (including packaging printers), cabling, televisions, projectors, experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Your responsibilities are to ensure (SLAs) are met, constantly monitoring queues and working proactively with the team, respond to calls in an efficient and professional manner and within the required SLA timeframe and detect and troubleshoot IT faults and provide efficient and effective solutions.

Ensuring all work is delivered consistently and in accordance with customer requirements and the work is carried out in accordance with my client's management System requirements.

• DBS required
• 5 years of previous employment history is essential
