A highly regarded Law Firm based in Birmingham is currently recruiting for an Aderant subject matter expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring best use of Aderant, their Practice Management System in terms of ensuring best practise of current functionality and unlocking additional capability that would benefit business operations. They will be responsible for overseeing integration with other business systems and providing support to the finance team and stakeholders as required.

This role is on a permanent basis, with a hybrid model of 1-2 days in the Birmingham office per week, offering the successful candidate up to £55 000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the set-up of new users, equipment, and applications for the new starters within the business on Aderant
• Working alongside the Finance & IT teams and making sure both are updated on any alterations to Aderant
• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials to ensure users can effectively use Aderant
• Be the primary contact for any Aderant problems and coordinating with third parties to assist with any issues or upgrades

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance role using Aderant, preferably in the legal industry
• Strong exposure with maintaining a Practice Management System with good technical skills, including reporting tools, and data management systems
• Excel skills and pivot tables is desirable
