Product Support Analyst

A leading financial services company is looking to hire mid and senior level Product Support Analyst's to work on their Fixed Income desk.

You would be responsible for
- Working directly with the salespeople and interacting with technical teams on support issues
- Front-to-Back End support duties including daily support of the platform, managing Front End upgrade rollouts and testing of new functionality prior to release
- Utilising proprietary tools, providing daily support and troubleshooting for platform members and internal users, escalating to Low Touch teams

They are looking for candidates with;
- Strong FIX protocol, database (SQL/Oracle), as well as windows administration and networking skills.
- Hands on working knowledge of at least one indistry recognised Order Management System (OMS).
- Proven hands on support experience within a finincial services company.

As this role is working predominantly on the Fixed Income Desk it would be good to have some prior experience however this is not a pre-requisite.
