Customer Success Team Leader

My Software Client are looking for a Customer Success Team leader. They will be part of the operations team reporting the Operations Manager.

This is an exciting new role in a new part of the business that will create a bridge between Sales, project, and support, focusing on satisfaction and customer retention.

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be involved in vital customer account to support my clients growth strategy and support the ongoing service improvement within the maintenance support cycle of each client.

This role will also be managing the support staff in the head office, managing the SLA and KPI service delivery as well as growing them as a team.
