Systems Engineering Manager (IT Service Management)

£60- 68,000 + Bonus & Share options

Hybrid working (2 days per week in office)

My client, who are an internationally renowned technology company who build scalable systems using cloud technologies, are looking to add a Systems Engineering Manager to manage a team of Infrastructure and Support engineers. You will support the employee enablement Function tribe with a focus on giving employees the best tools for the right jobs and you would also be leading on some digital transformation projects for the organisation. It involves having the balancing act between stakeholder management/engagement and using the right technology and tool for your Squad. The company works in small agile squads of 6-12 engineers.

This role will cover managing a remote team who support all internal IT systems, for example helpdesk, infrastructure, networks and digital transformation projects.

We are looking for a manager/team lead who has a broad background in IT service management and can support and develop the existing team who look after applications such as zoom, teams, meeting rooms, operating systems, peripherals, VOIP, telephony, severs, networks.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of Agile and Scrum, to help establishing sustainable flow to help the team deliver on their projects.
