I am working exclusively with a large retailer based in Milton Keynes who have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Assistant.
This position not only offers study support and a hybrid working model but also a competitive salary of £25,000. They have an exceptional benefits scheme with free lunches, huge discounts and 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
The ideal candidate will be studying towards their AAT and have a minimum of years finance experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales ledger team with all aspects of invoicing, payment allocations and credit control.
- Processing the invoices.
- Reconciliation and allocation of funds received each week.
- Generate statement for clients.
- To perform credit checks on new and existing customers.
- Allocation of funds.
- To communicate with debtors to resolve any queries on a timely basis.
