Telephone Operator

Parity Group are delighted to partner with a service focused client in the public sector, who are looking to recruit a Telephone Operator.

This role will require travel to offices situated in Portsmouth and working from home.

This role has the hourly rate of £12.89p/h and will see you Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone interviews with members of the public, who have been randomly selected and pre-notified.
• Encourage people to actively take part in the survey.
• Ask survey questions and record the answers on a computer.
• Work on a variety of surveys.

Get in touch if:

• Previous interviewing or call-centre experience.
• Excellent IT skills, proficient in Word and Excel and be able to learn new software systems quickly.
• The ability to follow detailed instruction to record data accurately. The ability to work independently.
• The confidence and professionalism to converse with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.
• The ability to persuade reluctant people to agree to be interviewed.
