My global Financial Services client is looking for a Decisioning Manager, experienced with analytical tools like SAS, SQL or Python, and Decisioning Engines, to join their growing team located around the UK on a hybrid working pattern.

Decisioning Manager Responsibilities:

• Craft the strategic direction of decisioning capabilities and 3rd party relationships.
• Find opportunities to optimise new strategies and policy rules to deliver improved commercial and customer outcomes or mitigate risk.
• Effectively manage change and champion challenger strategies.
• Maintain appropriate controls and procedures to ensure compliance with group standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong background in decisioning engines and how they work eg FICO, Experian
• SAS, SQL or Python skills.
• Experience in design, testing and deployment of new decisioning strategies and policy rules.
• You'll have the ability to apply a structured approach to problem solving, effectively prioritising backlogs to deliver value.
