Apple/Mac Platform Specialist - Up to £500 per day - 3-6 months - Onsite - Watford and Harrow - To Start ASAP

A renowned University based in London is looking for an Apple/Mac Platform Specialist to join their team.

Your new role
The Apple Platform Specialist role is responsible for supporting and developing the use of the Apple ecosystem of storage, platforms and endpoints ensuring that they are delivered effectively to meet the needs of the University.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to manage and administer an array of the University's services consisting of Apple Mac OSX Servers, iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, Mobile Device Management, Mac OS & Software deployment tools, Mac integration with IDM, Mac server hardware & compatible software, administering & securing all University Apple systems.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of JAMF administration processes and best practice.
• Extensive experience of supporting Mac OSX Servers & clients in a windows environment, keeping abreast with new developments.
• Ability to work on specialised applications, Servers and systems which include at least 4 of the following: Current and recently obsolete MacOSX, Active Directory, Intune, MDM eg, JAMF, Office 365, Adobe Creative suite.
