Capital and Regulatory Reporting Manager

We are looking for a Capital and Regulatory Reporting Manager, to join our client, who is a financial services company in London, on a permanent basis. Our client offers a great environment, career path, and a hybrid working method.

As a Capital and Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for including setting objectives, monitoring performance, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will be in charge of calculating and reporting core regulatory metrics such as capital, liquidity, large exposures, and leverage, and producing associated daily management information reports.

Key skills:

• Strong academic background, educated to degree level
• CIMA or ACCA qualified
• Experience in directly supervising or managing a team
• Knowledge of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and the latest Capital Requirements Directive (CRD IV) for banks and investment firms.
• Analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day direct management of one side of the TCM Reporting team, which includes setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• You will be in charge of calculating and reporting core regulatory metrics such as capital, liquidity, large exposures, and leverage, and producing associated daily management information (MI) reports.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting prudential returns to the EBA and PRA
• Participating in stakeholder projects and policy discussions to ensure preparedness for new regulations.
• Participating in the new product approval process to ensure that capital and liquidity processes accurately reflect the new business activity.
