Middle Office Operations Associate - Asset Management (£50,000)

My client, a well regarded Asset Management firm are looking to bring in a Middle Office Operations Associate to join a team helping to support, service and partner with their Global FX Portfolio Management Teams.

Key elements of the role:

• Providing Beginning of Day Portfolio Readiness (cash, transaction, holding) to Portfolio Managers by reviewing Recons exceptions between custody vs Order Management System (Aladdin) and offering timely resolution
• Providing post trade life cycle management within the firms Operating Management Systems (Aladdin)
• Need to be comfortable to act as the key point of contact for internal clients (Portfolio Managers, Sales and Trading, Compliance Officer etc) as well as external clients (custodian banks, broker dealers, auditors and underlying clients) for all operational related topics

Qualifications required:

• 2+ years of industry experience (Asset Management preferred)
• Preferable system knowledge (Blackrock, Aladdin, Alert, Custody Portals)
• Knowledge and understanding of in-depth data knowledge with Foreign Exchange
• Knowledge of Trade Support and Regulation
