Service Design Manager

This is a unique opportunity for a Service Design Manager to join a fast-growing global telecommunications and digital transformation organisation based in Cardiff.

My client has more than doubled in the last 18 months and is continuing on the same trajectory. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who's career will grow alongside the growth of the business.

Some of the exciting workstreams you will be involved in include:

• Designing and delivering end-to-end service proposals, support models and service transitions that are designed to meet cost, risk, time, and quality goals
• The creation of all aspects of IT Service policies, processes, procedures, and quality
• Work closely with the Pre-Sales teams and Project Leads to ensure all aspects of IT service management and reviewed and addressed throughout the whole life cycle

Requirements

The right candidate for this role will have:

• Demonstrable experience working within an ITIL Framework/be ITIL v3 Expert certified
• Strong experience in Service Design and Service Transition
• Process design and implementation experience
• External customer facing and commercial experience in the delivery and support of IT services

This is a hybrid role with expectation to be in the office 4 days a month with an excellent culture and benefits package.
