Senior Interaction Designer

Endeavour Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Interaction Designer to join our global technology client based in Lund, Sweden.

We are looking for an experienced Interaction Designer with a strong passion for innovative design with experience in Business-to- Business projects. We hope you have a solid background in interaction design and are used to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional solutions. Yet, you can see beyond pure requirements and see opportunities for innovation and larger improvements that others cannot, and work with our experienced design team to output competitive proposals.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand our business customers' needs and business objectives.
Develop and iterate on design concepts and prototypes that clearly communicate design intent and effectively address customer needs
Create wireframes, user flows and mockups that effectively communicate our design solutions
Work closely with the design team and internal and external stakeholders to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to interaction design, including but not limited to B2B environments

Qualifications requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Visual Design, Digital Media Design, Communication etc.
One or more of the following knowledge: prototyping, AI, visual storytelling, communication and copy writing.

Required skills/personal characteristics
A high quality portfolio showcasing excellent communication skills.
Skilful in using the required digital tools.
Excellent communication skill and cross-cultural collaboration experience preferred.
