Product Manager

Product Manager - Up to £70,000

We are looking for a is looking for an experienced Product Manager who has worked on E-commerce and acquisition & growth areas.

The successful candidate will work closely with a number of Product Development teams to deliver time-critical projects. You will facilitate the management of Product Backlogs and Roadmaps.

The role will report to the CIO.

Product Roadmap, Vision & Strategy

- Contribute, manage and refine product roadmap on regular basis

- Give inputs to product vision, strategy and product briefs for new market opportunities

- Synthesize requirements, ideas and vision from Business Owners, Business Users and customers.

Product Lifecycle Management

- Own the end-to-end product delivery ie from concept to launch and performance monitoring

- Take a "do whatever it takes" approach to product management with focus on continuous delivery

- Identify tactical improvements for the product and plan it alongside mainstream projects

- Establish metrics to measure effectiveness, product success and drive improvements

Product Team Management

- Document, articulate, clarify and explain requirements to teams, and translate into work plan for delivery

- Lead and work closely with design and tech teams to realise product concepts and deliver in an agile environment

- Build consensus between stakeholders and teams to drive execution aggressively

Customers & Market Knowledge

- Build and maintain knowledge about customers, their feedback, issues and complaints, and feed it to the product roadmap and team to resolve issues

- Stay abreast of market trends and analyse them to bring new ideas to the product

- Act as product evangelist both internally and externally

- Provide support and identify training needs
