eDiscovery Consultant - Information Governance
Location: Remote UK
Salary Dependent Upon Experience - Permanent Role
Strong expertise in Information Governance Competencies: understanding of legal and regulatory compliance, e-discovery, protecting identity, and data privacy
Deep understanding of Information Management, able to see through the Info Management Vision
Good understanding of business design and focuses on delivering Business Value
Supports the convergence of data, platforms and processes
Leading skills in Information Management, information privacy & security, principles & practices
Has knowledge on Information preservation & archives
Has knowledge around Data repositories and associated classification schemes
Has knowledge in auditing & legal defensibility
Industry and Sector Expertise:
Industry expertise in unstructured and ungoverned information
Understanding on the direction of Legal and Regulatory Compliance in this space
Knowing where market is going with Big Data, Emerging Technologies
Technical Skills:
Has external certifications in Information Management
Strong industry presence, part of the think tanks for leading organisations ARMA (Certified Information Governance Professional) & AIIM (Certified Information Professional). Involved in thought leadership and providing industry leadership.
O365 Product Knowledge: Security & Compliance Centre, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Yammer, Stream and OneDrive for Business
Professional associations, industry groups, research services and subscription services
Other skills:
Analytical Skills: Risk assessment & mitigation, critical thinking, research skills and Trend analysis skills
Management skills: Budgeting, Decision making, Negotiation skills & culturally sensitive
Planning & forecasting: Benchmarking/metrics, Environmental scanning, strategic thinking and continuous improvement
Communication Skills: Ability to respond under pressure, Business relationship building, Networking & Persuasion, technical writing, presentation/speaking & ability to build trust.
