We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Technical Lead/Development Manager to join a global law firm on a permanent basis in their London office hybrid working.

- To lead and develop a high-performing technical team, focusing on training and development through regular reviews and consistently looking to improve team performance on a continually.
- Support team by hands-on programming - up to 30% time spent.
- Proven people management and stakeholder management skills
- Project management of new system implementations and assisting other teams in project-related activity when needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team and unblocks issues to improve processes, systems and code quality.
- Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards for IT and information security.
- Manage technical debt and architecture by keeping current and moving ahead with new trends
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
- Evaluate risk, develop network recovery and backup processes and own the IT isk register for the respective team.
- Provide regular reporting on key progress and issues from the team.
- Support the Head of Technology in delivering its strategy and operational needs and act as deputy in absence of HoT.
