Customer Service Representative - Global Consultancy, fully remote
The role and company:
Global consultancy requires accomplished Customer Service Advisors, to work remotely and provide a first-class customer experience for their client services. This is a contract opportunity, initially for 12-18 month and you will be working fully remote/from home, where full training will be given and equipment will be provided.
*Candidates must be living in the USA.
Experience and role requirements for the Customer Service Advisor position are:
- Proven experience in a Customer Services role (minimum 2 years)
- A first-class communicator, who can adapt to new systems (full training given)
- Able to work in a 12-18 month contract role (initial)
- Happy to work fully remote/work from home.
- PC Literate - MS Office and experience working with CRM's and/or Call Logging Systems.
- Nice to have, but not essential Spanish speaking (client is interested in English, Spanish, or bi-lingual speakers).
- Flexible shifts able to work between 7am and 9pm pacific time (this can be one set shift or varied, to suit).
- Experience in a Customer Service role, working in Finance will be a bonus but not essential.
- Hourly rates negotiable, dependent on experience.
- Must be based within The U.S.A. (can work anywhere fully remote)
