ITIL Service Analyst/ITSM (ServiceNow environment)

The ITIL Service Analyst is part of the ITIL Service team who are responsible for ensuring all ITIL processes are understood and adhered to across the technology services department.

The team are required to support the development of the ITSM toolset and provide reporting, guidance, and leadership across all areas of the ITIL practice, including change & release, incident, problem, logical access.

Knowledge required:

• Advanced understanding of IT Service Management processes:

Incident, Request, Knowledge, Problem, Change, and Release

• Ability to drive process and ensure accountability without direct authority.
• 2-3 years' experience in ITSM processes
• At least 1 year ServiceNow experience
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, working with reporting tools and concepts

Qualifications:

ITIL Foundation V4 or V3

ITIL V4: Specialist - Create, Deliver & Support

Or

ITIL V3: Intermediate Service Operation
