Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Probate Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will help us set up our probate practice (including setting up a law firm) and will be responsible for obtaining Grant of Representation on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications/requirements:

Probate solicitor or CILEx Probate Practitioner

At least 3 years of experience in probate and estate planning.

Strong knowledge of probate and estate planning laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
