D365 Change & Release Manager

Our Global client are urgently seeking a D365 Change and Release Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working fully remotely.

As the D365 Change and Release Manager, you will be responsible for environment and release strategy, design and optimisation across all technology landscapes including D365 F&0, CE and Digital platforms across global deployments. Release management oversees the overall process by which the production environment is updated, upgraded and maintained. This includes all types of change across facilities, infrastructure, applications and operations.

The D365 Change & Release Manager will create environment plans based on multiple project requirements, manage environment costs, set environment guidelines, along with provision and management of environments through the application life cycle to release.

Key skills and experience required as the D365 Change and Release Manager:

• Change and Release Management experiences for various project methodologies.
• Microsoft D365, Azure and DevOps knowledge and experience.
• Good communicator who can work in a busy project environment.
• Experience with application and SaaS development release processes.
• Experience creating environment and release plans
• Demonstrated experience of influencing key stakeholders across the organisation and within complex arenas
