Your new company
My client provides innovative cloud-based solutions to investment management firms, delivering enhanced transparency and improved performance and risk mitigation. They provide solutions to sectors such as hedge funds, asset managers, private equity and real estate investments.

They operate across the globe with offices in New York, Hong Kong, London and Bournemouth. They are now looking to enhance their team and bring on board a Client Services Specialist, to sit within the Client Services team, where you will work will all areas of the business.

Your new role
Your new role will report into the Head of Client Services and you will be responsible for modifying and create custom C# based module extending capabilities of core application. You will communicate with external clients and internal teams to gather the correct requirements in order to analyse and resolve client's issues, primarily occurring in these custom modules but will involve other areas of the system. You will work closely with the development team on advancing the customisation capabilities and focus on delivering value to their clients by implementing and supporting solutions on time and in budget. You will be responsible for developing knowledge of the systems and the business domain to support external clients efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have knowledge of C# and have the ability to read, understand and modify. You will have knowledge of MS SQL whilst being able to read, understand and modify SQL stored procedures. You will have basic understanding of MS Excel with a clear understanding of financial markets.
