You will be working with a global leader in banking and wealth management to provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products in order to achieve to best outcomes for clients and customers with financial ingenuity that leads to solutions that are simple creative and responsible.

Your new role

The successful candidate will become a member of the Ireland based Tax Team which has responsibility for Tax Compliance and advisory and oversight of Tax issues for the European branches. This role includes a particular focus on supporting the EU office in providing advice on all Tax matters for the legal entity. Working closely with colleagues overseas to ensure the tax issues associated with the various business are effectively managed on a timely basis. The role will also include a more general VAT advisory remit, to provide ad hoc VAT advice in relation to all organisation businesses and support areas.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will preferably have knowledge in the areas of Accounting/Tax however if you think you have what it takes and have the necessary skills and experience please do apply so we can discuss your experience in more depth as this team are looking for a good "Senior" to bridge a gap for 6 months on their team.

You will also have:

• An understanding and knowledge of VAT/CT/WHT and financial services
• A background in VAT advisory work, ideally with some background in financial services
• Good understanding of VAT/Corporate Tax and WHT compliance in Ireland
