Release Engineer

As a Mobile Build and Release Engineer you will help keep the Mobile CI/CD pipeline running at top speed. You will work side-by-side with app and test engineers to ensure consistent, high-confidence delivery through our CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements of the Release Engineer position:

• 6+ years of hands-on technical experience
• Experience in developing CI/CD infrastructure and native mobile UI testing frameworks
• Worked as an individual contributor in build, release, or automation teams that releases mobile apps with high frequency
• Proficient in one system language like Swift or Java or Kotlin and a Scripting language like Python
• Proficient in mobile development environment in XCode and Android Studio
• Linux OS, including Scripting experience
• Have experience configuring and using artifact management tools such as: Artifactory, Nexus, etc.
• Experience with developing automated internal frameworks, increasing developer and release velocity, improving code health and building developer tools
• Experience with CI/CD principles, architecture and operations
• Working experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bitrise or other CI/CD platforms
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android build systems, app release and app signing

Start date: Flexible

Duration: 6months +

Location: Netherlands - Hybrid

Type of Contract: Freelance

Hours per week: 40 hours
