Site Reliability Engineer | Hybrid/Manchester | To £65k + bonus

Are you a Site Reliability Engineer who comes from a software development background who is looking to work at one of the most exciting tech businesses around? I'm looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer who can hit the ground running, working on enterprise-scale applications. This is a role working in an Agile environment and working at the forefront of cloud technology.

Your development background will stand you in good stead to contribute to solutions focussing on automation, service management, monitoring, and capacity management. Your role will sit in the DevOps function and work closely with a multitude of other teams. You will be developing bespoke tooling for the Operations teams to ensure their work is completed efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with (most of):

• SQL (highly experienced), JavaScript, Python, PowerShell
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Git, Gitlab
• Splunk, ELK, APM, Nagios
• Jenkins
• GCP (ideally), AWS, Azure

This position will give you the chance to grow enterprise scale products and applications, and shape our client's applications going forward. This is a very dynamic job, and will see you mixing up your technologies on a daily basis (keeping you on your toes and developing your skills). There's plenty of chance to specialise within these technologies and really push your career forward.
